Refund Policy

Because our products are delivered digitally and may be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, the following refund policy applies.

Digital Products

All sales of digital training products, courses, downloadable materials, templates, policies, posters, and other digital resources are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally cannot issue refunds after a customer has received access to the purchased materials.

Before Download or Access

If you purchased a digital product but have not yet accessed or downloaded the product, please contact us as soon as possible. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us. After verification, we may issue a refund for the duplicate purchase.

Technical Problems

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing or downloading a purchased product, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide access to the product or an alternative method of delivery.

Failure to download or save a product after receiving access
Products that have already been accessed, downloaded, copied, or distributed

Refund Exceptions

Big City Compliance Training reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy when appropriate, including circumstances involving duplicate charges, verified technical issues, or other situations determined by our team to warrant a refund.

Any approved refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.
